Palacerigg Community Trust is a volunteer-led charity dedicated to bringing new life to Palacerigg Country Park and ensuring it continues to thrive for generations to come. Based in Cumbernauld, we work to protect the park’s natural environment, celebrate its heritage, and create opportunities for the whole community to enjoy, learn, and connect.

 

Since taking on the stewardship of the Visitor Centre, we have developed a welcoming space where families, schools, and community groups can come together. Our projects range from wildlife conservation and outdoor education to events, workshops, and wellbeing activities designed to engage people of all ages.

 

Everything we do is rooted in the belief that Palacerigg is more than just a park – it’s a place where nature, history, and community meet.
